A written job description only says so much about the position you’re hiring for. We’ve come up with a way to give your job openings some personality – and to provide further insight into the inner workings of the role to potential candidates. Let potential candidates meet the team, learn about the corporate culture, and see the environment in which they’ll work in – all in a short, snappy three-minute vide job description.

How It Works:
We shoot for 3-4 hours at your location (interviewing the Hiring Manager, and no more than two of the team members).
We produce a three-minute video job description.
We promote the job on the Boost Agents job board.
We provide you with the final video. You can post on Twitter, your Facebook Page, LinkedIn, your corporate job site… the opportunities are endless.
Applicants are invited to apply directly to you.
We can handle the incoming applicants and recruiting for an additional fee. Otherwise, the recruitment of the incoming candidates is entirely up to you.
What’s the Cost?
The cost to you is a simple flat fee for the production of the video and distribution on our website. If you need additional help sifting through applicants, contact us to discuss pricing options.
